My first mattress I got from you which very uncomfortable so I did the weight test and sent the pictures and you replaced it with the new one the new mattress it’s very very comfortable and I love it

Worst investment

Bed was extremely stiff to where it hurts my body, so they send me a cheap foam to lay on top of the mattress. If that’s the case I was better off just buying a topper for fraction of the the price, right? After awhile the bed starting to sink in the middle, not even a year of owning it so I tried to return it but they asked for pictures when they said you can return the mattress anytime, within a year, no questions asked. now I can’t return it cause it’s been over a year. It’s all BS! Worst investment ever.

So far been about a month or so. Purchased due to bad back. I’ve been very pleased with my purchase. Did have to get the firm pad because I like a really firm mattress. Their customer service is beyond amazing!! They went above and beyond to help me.

Worst Experience!

Worst Experience! Ordered Queen Mattress and adjustable bed frame. Frame came and was damaged and looked used. We got that swapped out and things were pretty good for about 11 months...then issues with mattress started. I can feel every...single...movement! Contacted CS and was advised that I should upgrade to the King and I won't feel it as much. I sent them a video clip of their advertising, showing the bowling ball and wine glass. They had us take pictures and sent a replacement mattress. This one was hard as a rock. We went back to the first mattress and messaged CS again and asked to send in pictures. I called and spoke with CS and asked about just getting money back...they advised me that I was now over time to do so, even though I originally contacted them, prior to the end of the 365 day trial. They offered to send a mattress topper. Took over a month to come and reeked of chemicals. Took over 2 weeks to air out and after finally putting it on the bed, no real difference...Haven't slept properly since August! Waste of money and now spending my weekend looking for a replacement mattress!

Regret this mattress

We’ve had our Nectar mattress for a little over a year now and I wish we’d gone with something else. It just isn’t comfortable. The sheets it came with were too small. Even after I went through the process of having them replaced, thinking maybe we’d gotten a faulty set, the second set they sent were still too small. The pillows are so hard too. I get that it wasn’t a super expensive mattress, but I still hoped I wouldn’t be considering buying a new one after just one year.
