Beyond uncomfortable

Nectar is hands down the most uncomfortable mattress I have ever slept on. Completely sinks in and offers no support. My partner and I are waking up with sore backs and hips. Currently sleeping on our old mattress on the floor until return window opens. 100% would not recommend.

Everything came within a week. The bed is amazing. The bed frame was easy to assemble. The only issue and the second thing I was looking forward to were the pillows. I received them and they are so flat (flat as a pancake).

This matress has potential but..

So we ordered the Nectar mattress about 2 weeks ago and received it and have been sleeping on it for about a week. The mattress is very comfortable for the most part and has definitely felt a lot better on my back than my old mattress. This mattress has lots of potential as far as sleeping well, but it has its flaws. Our biggest concern with this mattress is that the corners of it does not seem to be fully expanded and the foot of the mattress (Nectar logo at foot) is still curved from being rolled up and seems to sit up higher than the head of the mattress. We gave it about 8+ hours before sleeping on it. The Nectar guide says that the mattress should reach its full expansion within a few days, but we are going on 2 weeks of having this mattress and it just doesn't seem to be fully expanded on the corners. Another con is that the pillows that came with purchase are absolutely a let down. They don't seem to be memory foam at all and are flatter than any pillow we have ever owned. It has been almost 24hrs since the pillows were delivered and they are still flat. On top of that, one of the pillows have a yellow unexplainable stain on both sides that we cannot figure out. The pillows are definitely not worth purchasing. I plan to reach out to Nectar about these things and will update my review if we can figure these things out. We want to love this mattress, but these things have been our biggest complaints.

The bed is too soft and when sitting on the edge of the bed, it completely sinks to the edge of the bed frame.

I slept on a Nectar mattress at my sisters house and really liked it. I decided to order a King size mattress while I was still at her house. I received the mattress in a timely manner and immediately placed it on my bed. It did not completely inflate the first day so I read that it could take up to 72 hours. So I waited and waited and waited. After 6 days the mattress still had not inflated completely so I did a live chat with the company. They sent me an email with a few questioned and asked me to send photos. Within 8 hours I heard back and they told me they would send a replacement mattress to me. I received the replacement a week after I reached out to them. I placed the new mattress on my bed at 2:30 today and it is already 95% inflated at 4:30. I am extremely happy with the mattress and their customer service was exceptional. Thank you

Mattress sags in the middle

After a month of sue the mattress sags in the middle making it difficult to to turn at night or getting out of the bed - if you roll towards the middle. Not sure if this is because its taking size.
