Shoulder pain

My husband loved the mattress at first but he is having constant shoulder pain. It got to a point that he woke up in the middle night from the pain and now can hardly move his shoulder because it hurts so much.
We are regretting our purchase.
We will probably get a cheap mattress pad to put on it.

So far, this new mattress has been wonderful for me. Far less back pain! I wish it was a little more cooling as I sometimes find myself sweating, but overall I love it!
