Bed frame came damaged: CS was not good

I can’t speak for the many apparent happy customers, but my experience was not a good one. I only ordered a frame for a long size mattress from them in July. The bed frame came in a large box. Once I opened the box I discovered that there was a tear in the fabric covered rail. A simple fix i thought to remedy. I took a picture of the rail so they could see the damage happened at the packing facility or en route to Montclair, NJ. Well it is going on a month and after providing an order number, multiple pictures of the rail both before and after assembly. They say they cannot do anything unless I give them a number on the tag. I can’t seem to find the tag and the latex mattress I bought is super heavy so very heard to move:m. I explained my situation, mind you they have my personal info and all of the details of the order and shipment. After writing me back that the damage is minor and they needed the tag number, I decided to write a review. The chief marketing officer at my company told me to always make sure they know you are u happy so they have a chance yo fix the problem. Well I think 5 emails is enough. Sorry, I had a terrible experience to fix a seemingly simple problem. I think this speaks volumes about a business. Unfortunately, my first Instagram review is not a good one.

HEAVENLY!!

We bought 2 twin mattresses to put in our king size bedframe hoping that would help me sleep better since my husband sleeps like a wild child!! Lol and IT WORKED! My mattress is not affected by his thrashing around lol and it's soooo comfy!! Worth every single penny!! No more back or hip pain! And they are very light not heavy like foam mattresses.

Great Relief and Sleep

I have joint pain and am enjoying the adjustable firm foam mattress which relieves pain, fits my body so no more playing with pillows, and allows better restful sleep. My roommate now wants one!

What a Difference

This mattress is wonderful. I had lower back pin sleeping on my more traditional mattress but since sleeping on the Nectar mattress I’m waking up with little to no back pain.

Too soft/too small

Mattress is way too soft and for some reason, it looks and feels like a full size bed. Definitely not a queen. Double checked my order and shows queen. No problem fitting on prior queen bed but for some reason, this bed is too narrow and snug.

Back pain gone!!!

I have literally only slept on this pillow from the gods one night and my back pain is gone. I can’t really say much else. Extremely comfortable hands down. Nectar thank you! Seriously thank you! This is my forever mattress.
