Bundle missing

Bundle missing at delivery, no estimate date to delivery the Mattress. I ended up canceling the purchase because such bad experience at the very beginning of the process

I’ve never slept better! It’s firm, but still soft enough for your joints. I can’t even feel when my husband moved in the bed. My chiropractor noticed how much better my back was after getting this bed.

Mattress came with a spot on it

I finally received my mattress a week after the original date. I found the huge in my front porch without any notification that it would arrive on that day. The box was obviously retapped. I opened my mattress and there was a spot on it. I should have called the company but by then I was exhausted of waiting and needed a mattress.
I was out of town and just came back. Now the question is do I go with the hassle of returning the mattress or not?
The comfort is okay even though it runs hot.
Overall disappointing.

Harder than I thought, but great!

At first when I got the bed I panicked b/c it was a lot harder than I anticipated. but now I understand why they make you wait a week or so before you can return it, as I have had such good night sleeps on this bed and NO lower back pain in the morning!!

My Nectar

I love my mattress! I purchased some other brand this early spring and after couple of months I decided that's no it. I was hot, uncomfortable. My
son who is a Nectar owner recommended Nectar and helped me choose one. I got top of the line, medium softness. I am very happy, I sleep so well, sometimes over 9 hours. It's just feel right. It's cool when need and feels warm when I am a bit cool. I will recommend Nectar to anyone. Asa matter of fact my sister will be probably next within my family. One happy customer brings more happy customers. Keep up guys with great job!

Nice Sleep system

I am pleased with my queen Nectar mattress, Sleep bundle, & the adjustable queen base. I like having my head raised with out sleeping on extra pillows, which hurts my neck.
The only reason I am not giving this 5 star rating is because every time I adjust the frame for the foot & the head, the entire mattress pops out of the 3"
bracket at the foot of the bed.
This bed should have Two (2) 5" - 6" tall brackets evenly spaced at the foot of the bed to prevent the mattress from popping out of place.
If there is a remedy for this issue, I would sure like to know about it.
The only reason I am not giving this 5 star rating is because every time I adjust the frame for the foot & the head, the entire mattress pops out of the 3"
