Beware: Poor Service / unable to honor warranty

The middle 2 legs bent on the adjustable frame. Notified the company on April 6th, 21. Purchased bed in November 2020; Sent the required documentation along with pictures. Continue to get false information about the shipping date. Unable to use our bed due to the bent support legs. Today is May 30th, I think we have been more than patient but now I want everyone to know how hard it may be to work with this company if you have a problem. Want resolution, new legs or my money back. Have never had this much problem with any other company.

Awesome mattress

Doesn’t feel like a normal mattress. The feel takes some getting used to, but in the morning the lack of pain in my hips and shoulders was great. We seem to fall asleep faster and wake more refreshed in the morning.

The matress is comfy at first but im 220lbs i sink in the mattress and it is to hard once I sink down. My neck and back have hurt worse than my old mattress. But ill give it a few more months and decide to return it then and write a follow up review.

Super comfortable. I like the memory foam mattress. It is a bit firmer than I had hoped but overall very happy with everything. Sheets are super comfortable.

After a slight delay in getting my mattress (king size, the longer ship time wasn’t made clear. But after an inquiry a quick response clarified the new time frame). All items well packaged and in good condition. The design and attention to detail making the assembly process very simple (idiot proof would be the best description). Your procedure removed possibility of missing parts. Proper spacing and support. Thank you for your efforts, it made this process a pleasant experience.

So comfy but too hot!!

Comfortable bed. We tried the OkiEasy and it was way too hard, so we tried the Nectar Lush and it has just the right amount of softness to take the pressure off your shoulders and hips, without being too soft where you sink and it strains your body that way. Our only complaint is that it sleeps SO hot. We wake up feeling like we slept in an oven. So there's a bit of a drawback considering western Oklahoma summers can rival Arizonas.
