Too soft but works on the flip side

Generally I'm happy with my Nectar mattress. Right side up it is far too soft--I'm petite (115 lbs), and I feel like I'm drowning in it. I find it hard to turn over, and my hips sink into the foam, pulling on my lower back. However, I turned the mattress over, and with the wrong side up, it's the perfect firmness. I've been sleeping much better and have less back pain in the morning. One other drawback is that it did take 5 weeks to arrive. I wish I had known this when I placed the order as I probably would have chosen a different option. It also has a very strong chemical smell that hasn't faded after a week. Overall, though, I'm pretty happy with and grateful for this purchase as it has addressed my main issues of back pain and insomnia.

Great quality and a lot of care with shipping and the packaging. Sleeping has never come so easy to me before but now with the nectar mattress, I get comfortable and relaxed in minutes. No need to toss and turn to find a comfortable sleeping position.

I'm sure this mattress is amazing for other people, but I get WAY too hot. I just can't get comfortable and am up and down all night.
