The mattress itself is okay

This is hard to write because honestly the mattress is okay but I did get frustrated. It feels like a hotel mattress - firm yet not a rock with a touch of softness.
Mostly I was disappointed in the frame because that came broken. Not so much that it was at the point of where I wanted to go through the hassle of sending it back but it was to the point of where I had to get creative/resourceful in making it work. Additionally it's been about 2 months and my room still smells like a factory. I've left my window open, I've used febreeze, my room still smells like strong plastic.
Overall I would say the mattress is worth the price but I will say the process wasn't as smooth as I would have hoped.

This is the best mattress that I have ever owned. I had a high-end pillow top mattress for years but it stopped supporting me as I am a side sleeper.

A bit too hot and too little edge support, causing some rolling out of bed when sleeping on the edge.

Simply put, this is an outstanding mattress. I like that it incorporates up to date technology in the mattress industry but isn't so frilly that the price tag is outrageous. This is a fairly priced, wonderful quality and so comfortable. We purchased the Premium Mattress and are very happy with the thick, cushy feel. You sink into it and it is extremely responsive. Contours better than other memory foam mattresses I've tried before. Highly recommend!
