Overall a great mattress

This mattress is soft, yet firm when needed. It keeps us cooler at night and resolved our back/hip pain significantly.

Starting with the packaging of the sheets and pillow all the way down to sleeping with this mattress on the ground, it’s been a 10/10 experience. This bed and bedding set is the epitome of comfort. I can’t get enough

Hot, firm, and difficult to return

My husband LOVES this mattress. I hate it. It is incredibly hot and firm. I prefer to sleep cool and soft, so it wasn't my favorite. I have also been having a difficult time returning it.

I'm 240 pounds and sink in throughout the night. Mattress takes a bit longer than expected to bounce back during the day and I sometimes find myself having to switch sides
