The frame, mattress, sheets, pillows, mattress protector all arrived within a week and a half of purchase and were in great shape! The mattress looks to be near full shape after about 5 hours. Sheets fit and the pillow were in great shape too. Mattress is very nice and comfortable for a memory foam!

Just got my bed yesterday. The box was pretty beat up when it was dropped off. However, there seemed to be no damage to the actual matress. It was wrapped pretty well. So far, it's incredible. Took some time for it to expand, but no issues there after a few hours or so. It's by far the most comfortable bed I've slept on.
