Bed Frame is Garbage, Bed is Excellent

I have had two problems with the bed frame. First, a leg was sent to me crunched. Second, the bed frame is WEAK. Tonight I laid down and had to rush up, lift the bed up and tighten the middle leg-except for the leg won’t entirely tighten. Also, after a week my top sheet threading is coming undone. Bed is comfy. I wish I didn’t buy the frame, now I’m going to have to jump through hoops to get them to refund or replace.

Most comfortable mattress I have

Most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on. It is definitely on the softer side which is what I like. I tend to move around a lot which used to wake my partner up but now they dont feel it at all.

My mattress sleeps okay. Im still getting adjusted to it. I just didn't like how my packaging was delivered in a white beat up box instead of a nectar purple box like as shown in ads. But I do like the mattress itself.

Great investment

My partner started sleeping on the floor because our old bed was making his back feel worse. After lots of research, we settled on Nectar and couldn’t be happier! It’s the perfect firmness for us. Thank you Nectar!

Would not recommend

The team is professional, but I've had to jump through hoops to get the mattress and return the mattress. The cool part is they will donate the mattress for a full refund, but I need to find a place to donate it, pack it up, and provide proof of delivery.... To be honest I'm unhappy with the product, the return issue, and the fact is I slept better on the sofa.
