Mattress too soft

We purchased the mattress in December 2020 looking for something that provided good support. After researching extensively, we purchased nectar. The purchase process was smooth but after using the mattress for a few weeks, it is just too soft for us. Unfortunately, it wasn't what we were looking for and I will be reaching out to customer service for return process.

Nectar has been a great bed, soft but supportive, dynamic enough to make me feel comfortable (6'4, 290) and my wife feel comfortable (5'8,140)

I’ve been searching for a great mattress and I’m so happy I decided to purchase the Nectar mattress. The setup was very easy and the mattress is the perfect level of plush for a comfortable sleep.

Not thrilled

A year ago we purchased two queen sized Zinus mattresses. We love them. When we needed another new mattress we decided to try Nectar even though it was more expensive. We thought that meant it was probably better. We were wrong. The Nectar is thinner and not as comfortable.

Beware of frame

LOVE LOVE LOVE our mattress but the bed frame not so much. We bought the regular king mattress and have had the best night sleep of our lives. The bed frame.. We orders the slate bed frame and headboard and the middle metal bar in the center came out. After fixing it, it just did that same exact thing. Currently waiting on a box spring NOT from nectar and just going to put the bed on the floor as the frame is clearly not sturdy. Also my husband and I are not obese people so that's not a factor. The frame just sucks.

Great So Far!

We love our mattress so far! Very comfortable sleeping, and little motion transfer if one partner is moving or gets up. The only issue is it is not great for sitting up. Partner and I both like to read in bed, but you sink so far down in this mattress when sitting up in it. Other than that, it's great!
