I was so excited to get my bed with all the research and reviews I did but unfortunately I wake up every day with back pain from sleeping in the Nector. I wake up multiple times a night. I have tried to give it time but I have decided at this point I will have to return it. Can you please advise me on the procedure? Thank you.

So far the bed has gotten pretty good reviews from the guest who have slept on it. I wish it was a bit thicker. For my taste it seems a little too soft.

Love the feel, hate the temperature

This mattress is fantastic. My wife and I choose it so we would not bother the other person when we move in our sleep. In that regard, it’s great! However, it gets very hot throughout the night. We have gone through two different mattresses covers to try and solve this issue.

We originally bought a Queen size mattress for motor home. We liked it so much that we ended up buying the same mattress for our residence back in Ohio

I can’t decide if I

I can’t decide if I like it. It is comfortable, yet I have had a lot of neck and back problems since getting it, I’m not sure if this is due to the bed or the pillows I’m using, or sitting at the computer more for my job... decent for the price I suppose!
