OK, so first off, the bed is super comfortable. I have zero complaints about the bed itself. It arrived timely enough, unpacking and setting it up was easy, there were no smells or odors from the bed, it was super comfortable for me and my spouse starting the first night we used it. Where things went wrong were with the delivery of all the ordered products, the sheet set, and the pillow set. The items weren’t all shipped together so I ended up with a bed but no mattress protector or sheets to use with it. I had to buy sheets to use since I didn’t get them until almost 2 weeks later. The pillows I got are not very comfortable. They are Nectar branded. They are just filled with what appears to be leftover foam chunks so the entire pillow just feels lumpy. Neither my spouse or I find the pillows comfortable. The sheets I received are not Nectar branded, they are some other brand I’ve never heard of, they are 100% polyester which I think is very uncomfortable, and one of the pillow cases came with a stain on it which is a little concerning. I’m not sure if these were a used return or just a manufacturing issue. So all in all, I can’t say the overall experience has been great but at least the bed is so far. I would recommend the bed. I wouldn’t recommend anything else they have to offer.

Great Mattress, but included pillows don't feel as comfortable.

I've owned my Nectar mattress for just about a week. I wake up very well rested even when I don't get my 7-8 hours of sleep. I do sleep a tad bit hot but I knew that was going to be a thing because it's a memory foam mattress. For the most part I sleep in my side and the mattress accommodates to my body very nicely. I have enjoyed the mattress very much for the first week that I've owned it. The included pillows though on the other hand lack that same conformity, they are way to thin almost look like pillows that have been used for several years and have lost their fluff, I found a video on YouTube that compared Nectar's older pillows that were included with the mattress and the newer pillows and the difference in thickness is very very noticeable. I'm going to definitely be looking for another set of pillows in the near future as the included pillows have been hurting my neck.

Can't talk to anyone, still waiting on my order

Ordered a mattress and frame almost 2 months ago. The mattress arrived, but still waiting on the frame. Have emailed, online chatted but no results. I'd call, but conveniently they list no phone numbers anywhere to talk. This is a gift to my teenager and it's incredibly frustrating not to be able to finish it.

Expensive for nothing

I regret buying this mattress and i cant seem to find a return option. It is so bad for your back i lay down and sink all the way to the bottom. Idk how cheap this thing is but it is a rip off and i haven’t slept good since. It isnt firm at all like not even a touch i don’t understand what is so expensive in it if they only use material that doesn't hold up to anything.

Way too firm

I was super excited to receive the mattress but it’s way too stiff. It feels like sleeping on a thin hard pull out mattress. Was actually disappointed and am looking into mattress toppers otherwise will just end up purchasing a different mattress because it’s not comfortable

Was skeptical at first buying a bed in a box. Not now ! Both wife and I were sleeping on a temperpedic mattress and feel it was waaay overpriced. Give Nectar a chance you won't be disappointed.

Needed a new mattress because

Needed a new mattress because an old mattress and lower back pain made it necessary. Have seen much improvement in my sleep and my back pain.
