Great bed - slow shipping - poor communication

The bed is amazing. Firm but very comfortable. Better than Tuft and Needle. The wait was very long ~3 weeks and when delayed nobody reached out to me. I called and the rep said he’d give me a status each day while delayed. He did not.

Good Mattress

I love the pillows, the mattress is a little softer than I like, but still within limits. I can't feel when someone is rolling over, and that's great. The shipping took longer than expected, but customer service kept me informed.
Overall I give this a 4 star rating. If it was a little more firm and faster shipping I'd give a complete 5 star. I do love the pillows though.

It took me one night to get used to this new mattress. We had a memory foam before that had gotten soft with indentations in it. The first night it felt too firm, but after that it was fine. One night it felt kind of hot, but I haven't noticed that again. We have had it a little over a week. So far, so good!

Saved my back!

I have a history of lower back issues and purchased my first memory foam mattress online 10 years ago. While we liked that bed, it did sleep warm. So after reading the reviews for Nectar, we decided to give them a try. I'm so glad we did. From the ordering, to the confirmation emails (the are so awesome I shared each on on FB as I received them), to packaging (I was able to move the Bed from the living room to the bedroom all by myself), and the ease of setup this has been a wonderful experience. The mattress and pillows are perfect. The right amount of soft supported by just the right firmness. We LOVE this bed and Nectar!

So comfortable!

This is my first foam mattress, and it exceeds expectations, though it has only been a week. It was easy to set up, and the mattress "fluffed" up within a few hours; there was no odor. I have slept soundly, with no aches in the morning.
