My luxury cot! I am so happy I've made this purchase. Unbelievable sleep for this insomniac. Just took a few nights to get used to no longer having that "innerspring bounce" when you roll over. Who needs it! Love the way it arrived, unfolded and how firm, yet comfy it is. Perfect choice for myself, great price:heavy_heart_exclamation_mark_ornament:️

Not what they promised. Plus they will not help you at all.

I purchased a split king mattress frame and mattresses. I had read other online reviews that they are very slow to ship so I was expecting the month delay. Since I knew that going in I was ok with it. During the order, I found out that the sale that they were advertising (free mattress pads, pillows, and sheets for each mattress purchased) was not real. They offer the sale with no intention of honoring it. I still have the printed correspondence with the sales lady on line saying that I would get these things. That is until you place the order then all bets are off. The pillows, which aren't that great, came with the mattresses however the sheets did not. When I called they claimed there was no sale. They then gave in and said that they would send me the sheets. They did, for only one mattress not both. As far as the mattress covers go I had to purchase those myself. Then I receive the beds. Assembling them wasn't to bad. I watched a couple of videos ahead of time and had a good idea of what to expect. Put both beds together without any problems. Then one of the legs broke. The screw part at the end of the leg was not attached very well so it just popped off. OK, no problem things happen. So I contacted, via email, their customer service again. They were very responsive at first, asking for pictures and information. I sent all of these things to them. They then requested a VA number? I looked through my paperwork and underneath the bed on the frame and wherever I can think to look. No VA number. So I sent them a picture of the bed frame, from their website, and the order number. I was hoping that would be enough. I even told them I could not find the number they wanted. Then nothing. It's been 8 days and they will not respond. I do get the sales emails wanting me to buy more stuff from them but nothing about broken parts or missing sheets. I have tried to call them at the exact time they open so I could be first. As of this moment it's been 48 minutes on hold with nothing but their music in my ear. I tried to contact them online with the chat service but every time you log on to that they tell you that you are number 47, 93 or 114 or some other ungodly number in line. Seems to me that if their product was really that great then there would not be so many people trying to reach them. Now having said that, if you say that you want to buy something then there is not wait. So here I sit, now passing minute 52 on hold and still no answer and in the meantime my adjustable bed frame still has a jack stand underneath it holding it up.

Buyer beware. Sagging after a year and 9 months.

Bought Oct 2018 and was great to start. For the last several months the bed dips so much where we have been sleeping that we wake with numb limbs and backaches. We faithfully spun the bed monthly for equal wear and hasn't lived up to what we expected. Won't buy another.

Worst customer care and poor quality bed frame.

I never leave reviews but if you purchase these products you should be fully aware of what you are getting you're self into. We ordered the mattress and bed frame. The mattress seemed nice (once it finally arrived), a little bit firmer than expected but it was a definite improvement from our old mattress. However,ONE WEEK after the set up up of our new purchase the mattress began to sink deeply in the center. We thought it was the mattress, but it turns out the bed frame was faulty and broken. We reached out to customer support right away. Calling 1-3 times a day, leaving message to speak with a "Person" on their website and through email. A month has past and we still have a broken frame and a damaged sinking mattress. This is super discouraging and totally defeats to purpose of tossing out the old mattress. Save your time and find a company that cares!

Love my nectar mattress

I bought my mattress a year ago.I love getting into bed at night.It still is very is great. I am 72 years old with hip replacements ,two bad knees and bad shoulders. It"s still great helping with the pain. I sleep better than I ever had.My husband loves it to.He is 78

Legs are cheap and they are so slow to get you a replacement

We bought this bed for our son. In less than 4 months the plastic leg has broken. I have supplied the company with all the documentation. And they agree that they need to replace the leg. It has been well over 2 weeks now and the leg has not even left their warehouse!! Give me a break. They certainly charged my CC quicker than you could bat an eye. But just keep getting emails that they "hope for some movement soon." Hope??? Isn't this your company? Make it happen!
