We bought our first Nectar a year ago and my wife has wanted me to put in a review ever since. All the 3 other "regular" mattresses we have bought always left us with a painful back (me), hip and leg pain (her) after just a few nights of sleeping on them. We tried everything that we could to make them work but nothing did. Finally we decided to spend big time money and get a sleep number or some other expensive solution. Started looking on the internet to see what was available and came across the Nectar mattress. With the guarantee and all the great reviews we took a chance. BEST DECISION we have made in a long time. We both get a great night sleep and the only problem we have is wanting to get up in the morning. Just bought a second one for the spare room so when one of us is sick the other one doesn't have to suffer on the fairly new but totally uncomfortable mattress there. We are so spoiled. If you are trying to decide to get this mattress, I can't imagine how you would ever be disappointed.

To Hard! Need to flip over every couple hours because my hip has too much pressure and intense pain. Wish it was softer!

Poor Quality Platform

We had purchased both the cal king memory foam bed with the platform. We were skeptical about buying a bed online but we decided to go for it. It is as described that everything is super easy to assemble together. We have had this bed for a little over 2 weeks, and the first week in the middle of the morning my other half went to use the restroom and the bed had collapsed on one side. We were very distraught at the fact that this had happened. Not to mention our 6 month old co sleeps with us, thankfully the side that collapsed was not the side that she sleeps on. We do not jump on the bed so for the fact that the platform leg had just collapsed is very disappointing. We LOVE our nectar mattress but we are extremely disappointed in the platform!! We had to drop our bed to the ground because of this!!

dont buy nector cheaters i bought it almost 2month ago my older mattress is better then this i just call them they dont receive and dont response for email or live chat dont waste money for this fake product and fake reviews

Painful

We bought the mattress July 2018 and the first few weeks were ok but it sank down and the frame came apart from the wood and material. We called and they wanted pictures. It took several weeks to finally get someone to talk to us. We had to contact BBB in order to get results. After 7 months they sent out a new bed which came faster than the first. It is another 9 months, same thing and now our hips, back and neck are so painful. The bed has no firmness and the frame is so cheap it falls apart. We had to get a better bed and it's not a Nectar. Sorry, they are not very good.

Molding on Mattress

I Bought a king size mattress, about a week or 2 after we received it I started Getting back pain and I tried giving it the benefit of the doubt that it needed to be broken into, about a month after, my pain still continues. I also decided to wash the mattress cover and discovered a molded area on the bottom of the mattress which in fact was not formed within a month. We live in a air conditioned apt and no humidity at all. We contacted nectar and informed them what I had discovered and asked for pictures. Once they received it they informed us the mattress was unable to be returned due to mold. My wife and I are still having back pain and are now stuck with a giant molded area in the bottom of our mattress...

Sleeping like a baby again

It’s been a week and very happy with our king mattress and platform. The pillows are amazing as well. The foot of the mattress doesn’t look like it’s fully expanded so I’m wondering how long it takes. Otherwise a great product.
