I ordered the Split King Adjustable Bundle yesterday around noon. This set includes 2- XL adjustable frames, 2- XL mattresses (w/pillows), 2- XL matress covers, and 2- XL sheet sets. Believe it or not, in just 24 hours I received everything except for the sheet sets! I was told it would be about 7-10 days. Now that's incredible customer service!
I hope we will be just as happy with our new bed. Looking forward to getting a better night's sleep.

Nector mattress and accessory review.

We received our mattress and accessories three days ago and so far we love the mattress. However the accessories are so-so. The pillows are really comfortable, just smell funny to me. My husband says he don't smell anything. The matress protector had a tiny brown spot on it. Washed it and it's still there. The sheets are amazingly soft but they had several stains on them when we took them out of the package. We washed them and the stains didn't come out. That's a little disappointing. But overall so far pleased.

We HATE it

This mattress was a huge mistake. My husband has back pain from breaking his back rock climbing many years ago. He cannot sleep on the Nectar at all. It is rock hard. He is exhausted from not being able to sleep and waking up in pain every day. He sleeps worse on this than on the 10-year-old mattress we just threw away. I'm not usually very picky. Like, I could sleep on the floor, but I couldn't fall asleep on this either. We ended up buying a mattress topper to make this mattress usable until we can get a decent mattress to our house. As soon as the new mattress arrives tomorrow, this is going back.
The only reason that I'm giving this two stars is because I like the base. It was much easier to get upstairs than a traditional box spring, easy to put together and the grey fabric looks nice. I would keep the base, but the new mattress that we bought comes with its own base.
Don't make the mistake we did. Go to a real mattress store.

Refunds are impossible

I purchased a queen sized Mattress less than 24 hours ago and unfortunately, circumstances out of my control led me to need to cancel my order for said mattress. However, I am being told that it could take 2 weeks for someone to get around to cancelling my order so it'd be better to wait for my mattress to ship (which also takes 2 weeks) and send it back myself. This company is willing to take my money as fast a possible, but tells me it takes 3 weeks to a month (whenever they get their mattress back) to give it back? Terrible way of doing business.

Sub-par quality

Highly anticipated 11" mattress was met with disappointment as the bed only rose to 9" as of 2 weeks. Mattress was on the much-too-soft side of the spectrum and was not supportive enough to even sit on the edges. Got a replacement mattress from another company, but decided to go with a hybrid and not a total foam mattress. Customer support, however, was supportive and understanding, so thats a plus.

Not what I expected

Maybe I have a goldilocks back. My last bed was too firm. This one is too soft. So I've basically moved my back problems from one area to another instead of getting relief. But relying on a "one sizes fits all" style mattress seems to be a bit of a mistake on my end.
