Return process is a pain

Mattress wasn’t firm enough to rectify my back issues. Husband liked it fine... my complaint is with the return process. We put our old mattress back on, but I had to heft the nectar BACK onto the bed and take photos of it, move it back off. Which is whatever, if you have help but ableist of the company to assume we all HAVE that help and are able bodied enough to do that without it. Don’t offer a no hassle return policy if you’re going to turn around and make it a big hassle.

A very good product! There 1 year warranty is great. And, if you want to return it (and I don't know why anyone would return it) they make it very easy. All in all, it is a great buy!

Happier sleepers!

Overall, I feel like the Nectar mattress helped my wife and I sleep better. Although we both find the mattress itself a little too firm, we also noticed that we don't toss and turn, sleep hot, or wake up with aches or soreness. We were about to return the mattress to try something new, but Nectar offered to send us a free memory foam mattress topper. We are so much happier with this on the mattress, so much more plush and comfortable.

NO PAIN!!

From the first night we slept on our Nectar mattress, we both awoke without pain. My husband is suffering wit bone cancer and sang your praises on the first night.

I chose Nectar because of the 365 trial, price, quality and the customer reviews. All those people couldn’t be wrong. The customer service was excellent, the delivery was incredibly fast and the set up was so easy I was amazed! I am already recommending this mattress all my friends. A great mattress at a great price. Way to go Nectar.

Instant relief

The bed was fun to unbox. I let it sit for 24hrs before sleeping on it. I used it and then ordered a cover. It sleeps better with the cover! My back injuries are less painful using the Nectar mattress!
