Started out great! Now I cant get a hold of support and my side has sunk in

The bed started out great. Firm but with a little give. I have rotated my mattress accordingly but you can feel where I sleep. The area but butt goes is sunken over an inch & a half and support wont answer the phone. I am not over weight (165 lbs @ 5' 6") so the bed should be holding up. We have had it less than a year.

Not holding up to expectations

After a year and 1/2 both sides of the bed have a hammock spot. We flip end to end every 3 months and it makes no difference. Looks great and flat until you lay on it. still a comfortable nights sleep I just wish it would have lasted longer.

Two+ week delivery time

Very comfortable

I live one floor up from street level. Getting the queen mattress upstairs was a little difficult but manageable with 2 people. On the other hand, the adjustable frame (metal, with motors) was very heavy and difficult. Your website/ad should clearly indicate the weight and likely need for more than one person (probably 3) to move it from the door to wherever the bed will be, especially if stairs are involved. The assembly was not difficult, but flipping it once assembled and moving it was another 2 person job. The final product is solid and VERY comfortable.

This mattress is really helping with my low back pain.

This mattress is really helping alleviate my low back pain. Not too hard but not too soft. It really is a great bed. Have been sleeping better than I have in years. Only have had it 4 nights. It is great.

Owned for 3 days and have experienced the best sleep if had in years. Even if I sleep on my side, no shoulder pain. Waking up feeling great and completely rested.

We really like the foam beds, but were having trouble finding the right one. We did some research, and landed on Nectar. We've had it a few nights now and we LOVE it! It's the most comfortable bed I've slept on.
