Beware

They look very nice, after 2 weeks of having it I laid in bed and the metal bar in the middle collapsed and the wooden slabs have bent. I have tried contacting customer support about this multiple times and got no response or answer. Definitely would reconsider, now we are with no bed frame and sleeping on the floor.

Why can’t I get any information about when I will get my mattress. No shipping info just processing. All I am asking is for accurate information.

Not worth the money

This mattress is not worth the money. I purchased it because my old mattress was very uncomfortable and causing me back and shoulder pains. I have had this new mattress for a a couple months now and my sleep has not improved at all, nor have the pains. Do yourself a favor and spend your hard earned money on a better product.

finally got my mattress, a month later

We have only slept on our mattress for three nights. It seems a little too firm for my liking. I can only hope it is because it is brand new to us. We had a sleep number bed before this. It was great at first but it was over 15 years old and did not get firm anymore. The foam was making the mattress bulge out on the sides. It was definitely time to change. I will probably get more comfortable in time, as with anything new.

Terrible - Company is full of lies

Would love to review, but nobody seems to know when the mattress will actually be shipped. Website advertises normal shipping times of 7-14 days are still being followed, which is a lie. Online chat says they are closely monitoring my order, but they have no way to actually monitor. Left a review on the site and was told a senior rep would be in touch, which has not happened.

Worth every penny

My husband has a lot of back problems, sciatica herniated disc the list goes on. Our old mattress was a nightmare and well quite frankly old so we were in desperate need of a new one. After a lot of researching and the never ending crisis of do we really trust buying a bed in a box we finally settled on yes get the nectar. The reviews don't lie. We waited the 24 hours like it said to air out (slight smell but it went away almost instantly) and slept through the night peacefully for the first time in months. My husband laid down in bed and didn't agonize for hours before finally going to sleep he just went to sleep. For those with back issues and the spouses that watch that's a big deal. Its firm but still has a small amount of give/fluff to it to where you don't feel like you're sleeping on a rock. Even my cats who rarely slept with us will not leave our bed and cry outside the door to be let in. For the skeptics that don't want to buy a bed in a box i was one of them and I don't regret this purchase. We even had an issue with the bed frame we purchased and Nectar INSTANTLY responded and has sent us a replacement. You don't find that level of customer service anymore! SO. in summary. Worth. Every. Penny.

The bedframe's decently made, but the mattress is honestly the best part. it's firmness is honestly what made me decide on Nectar, but after actually having it, I'm glad I made that decicion.

The Mattress is great, best sleep I have had in a long time, but the pillows stink. They are super thin, never expanded. I will stick to my other pillows, but definitely recommend the mattress.
