Painful, tossing, turning

I've had the mattress for about 2 weeks now and I find it very uncomfortable to sleep on. Every morning I wake up in pain. The mattress seems soft due to the top layer but there is something about it that is not good for me. It feels hard after a few minutes and i can only feel slightly comfortable if i lay on my back. Im 5'8" 170lbs and I can't get comfortable. Usually I like to sleep on my side but this mattress gives me terrible shoulder and neck pain. The pillows that came with it are terrible. They are flat as a pancake and hard. I would rather sleep on a brick, at least I would know its hard going in instead of thinking its a pillow. Maybe I need a softer or different style of matttress but this one just doesn't work for me. Its been disappointing because I was really excited to get a new mattress.

Firm and comfy

I bought the mattress and a bed frame. The frame was easy to put together and the mattress not too heavy to move for one person. And the pillows that came with the mattress - all of it is super comfy.

Best mattress

I've been sleeping on my nectar mattress for a week. I have insomnia and when I tell you I sleep like a baby. I love this firm comfortable mattress. This is one of the best purchased I made in my life.

Finally slept through the night. Very comfortable. I love it. The pillows however are not my favorite , but that's ok.

Initially, we really enjoyed our bed. Almost a year later it is mostly comfortable, but we are finding it is softer and sinking a little in the middle.

Great Queen mattress. Customer service is great, answered all my questions prior to buying. This was the best experience in purchasing a mattress. Bought for quest room and am thinking of purchasing a king. Great 365 warranty as well as prompt delivery. Highly recommend
