The mattress is fine. Similar to others available online for similar prices. I've had it for just a couple of weeks, so I can't speak to how well it holds up, but so far so good.
My issues are more with the way the company itself is run. If you're always going to charge the same price, then make that the price, rather than pretending it's some new sale every week, which feels like the sort of sales gimmick people are trying to avoid by buying online. Delivery was slower than promised, and the "free" pillows that I was told upon ordering would be here before my mattress have yet to even ship.
So even though the mattress itself is just fine, I wouldn't say it's worth dealing with everything else. Equally good mattresses can be had at similar prices from more professionally run businesses.

Great mattress

After waiting & waiting we finally got the mattress!! We are pleased although we did put a topper on the mattress because to us it is way too hard for our taste!

Its a great mattress if you're into slow sinking memory foam, however, this is just not for us. My wife suffers from back pains and this has not helped at all in fact its become somewhat worse. I've tried this and the several hotel room mattress, and those are much better for our backs. Not a bad mattress, just not what we expected and shipping was rather slow. To be fair, they shipped us free pillows and they offer a year of trial. Overall, its as described but like I said, this was just not for us.

Love It But A Little Sad

Totally fell in love with this mattress at the beginning. Slept like a baby. I have slept on it for almost a year now but I am slowly noticing that the middle is developing a smashed place where my hips would be. I have a full size and I sleep alone so I understand that there is less space to switch positions. But its kind of why I got rid of my old mattress, the crater in the middle. Kind of sad to see this happening again. I have not returned it but I am still thinking about it. Maybe get a bigger size. Still sleeps better than the old one but kind of disappointed.

No Communication. While waiting for the fourth time in the queue, (over 2 hours each time) I looked them up on Consumer Affairs and BBB websites to find I am not alone. I just would like an update. The current conditions due to the pandemic are understandably causing problems. If the communication were better it would not be an issue. Please let us know something. My son is sleeping on the floor.

Great bed, deceptive deal

The mattress itself is absolutely amazing, I can't deny that. It doesn't get too hot like my other beds often do and it is a nice firmness level, pretty soft while also still having a bit of the traditional foam sinking feeling.
However, this deal is a bit of a sham, the "premium pillows" are not great and the "premium sheets" are approaching terrible, they feel like bad hotel sheets that just aren't soft. The mattress protector is fine though.
Overall purchase of a queen was still worth it for the price, but its definitely not 399 worth of "free" goodies that come with it, so just keep that in mind.
