They don't go by the 1 year return

They say they will give you a year to return but it's not true. I don't know why I'm putting this on here because they never put any on that is below 5 stars
I've sent 5 request to return I was told at first what they needed to return the mattresses but I haven't heard a word from them.

I don't know where to start. We had been looking for a new mattress for a while. We had looked at pillow tops, memory foam, hybrids we weren't sure what we wanted. We are both big people, we both sleep hot, so it's important for us to be cool during the night, so we researched, again and again for hours.
I found the nectar mattress, and liked it, I looked at several different "mattress in a box" solutions, and we kept coming back to Nectar. We thought, what do we have to lose? 365 day trial, might as well try it, right?. They stated 14 day delivery, it arrived on time! We rolled it out on our bed frame, it took less than 12 hours to get to full size, we sat on it and knew that we had made the right choice! The mattress is firm, but the perfect firmness for us, the first night I was not hot when I slept, neither was my other half! We made a great decision!! We hope you are as happy with your Nectar as we are. Our only issue when we try to get up we don't have that dip to help us lol. By far the most comfortable mattress we have owned, no more pain and a much better nights sleep.

6 weeks. No frame. Mattress in a box

Wish i bought from a store. It's been 6 weeks adjustable frame. Bed in a box and completely useless. So disappointed in this company. Don't waste your money. I ship date in sight

This mattress made sleeping during pregnancy sooo much better!

I was 7 months pregnant when we got this mattress and it has been a sleep saver! The foam conforms yet supports my ever changing body. My husband and I have both had shoulder issues and this mattress doesn’t cause any additional shoulder pain! I highly recommend it!

Worst company

I received this mattress and frame a little over a year ago the frame was made poorly and one leg has completely caved in buy the purple or the Wayfair mattress they are much better to do business with I called nectar about my bed frame and they said they could sell me a better one for 359 dollars

I've woken up sore a few times but not like I was before nectar. When I go to sleep now, I stay asleep. And I don't toss and turn like I did.

We purchased a King size Nectar, which came damaged due to FedEx. I contacted customer support and they had a new mattress and a set of complimentary sheets sent to me that same day. And the best part is, the mattress is great too!
