No more pain!

I researched many mattresses before choosing Nectar. In the past I have purchased mattresses by name, most expensive, or for orthopedic reasons. Thanks to pain from injuries sustained several decades ago, sleep is a rarity. Uninterrupted sleep is non-existent. I received my mattress less than a week ago and find myself sleeping for longer stretches of time and I wake up in much less pain than I had with any other mattress. I am thoroughly hooked on Nectar and highly recommend it to anyone who suffers from back and joint pain or just wants quality sleep.
I’m very happy with the quality/fit and finish of this product. The cover/protector for the mattress and pillows are beautiful as well as functional. I’ll stick with Nectar for all future mattress purchases.

Great mattress!

I was a little hesitant due to the price point being low. The reviews were high except for deliveries. My experience has been very positive. Even though my shipment was delayed like most, the comfort of the mattress is phenomenal. My wife suffers from back problems; this was the main reason for this purchase. At first, my wife woke up a little sore. Her body was getting used to the new feeling of our Nectar king size mattress. It took my wife 9 days or so to see a change in her sleep patterns. Her back is now better supported and her sleep has greatly improved. I also like the mattress; my sleep patterns have improved and I feel rested after each night sleep. The materials are high quality and I love that I can't feel my wife's movements at night. Overall I'm very pleased with the purchase. It's a great quality mattress for a very accessible price compared to their competitors. The fact that the units are made in China should not detour folks from purchasing.

So Far, so Great!

We chose Nectar because it offered a 365 day guarantee. We tend to be picky sleepers, so taking a chance was easier with the guarantee.
Nectar arrived when they said it would. It was as easy to set up as they said it was. Our quality of sleep has been great so far!

I was nervous at first that the mattress was going to be to firm. I was wrong. It is firm, but it hugs every curve you have just right. We have slept on the bed for one week now, and we are adjusting wonderfully. Hope it continues to feel this nice.

When I first laid down, I was concerned the mattress might be too firm, but then I sunk in and was in love! It's hard to leave bed in the morning because I feel so snug!

Nectar - The standard of exceptional customer service

I received my bed yesterday, unpacked it, and am patiently waiting for it to breathe. I'm submitting my review now (and will do a follow-up later) just to share how amazing of a process it was to order my Nectar mattress.
First off, I was notified up front that there would be a delay in shipping because of high demand. I was notified by email that there would be an additional one week delay as there were some unforeseen issues in their production line. No big deal as this gave me time to buy the Nectar Foundation as well. The foundation shipped out and arrived in about 5 days.
I put the foundation together and found that one of the metal hardware pieces wasn't installed on a support beam. I called customer service and they immediately handled it. I submitted pictures and they shipped out new beams that same day!
The mattress looks great, is soft, and I can't wait to get my first nights sleep in it! An updated review will be forthcoming. But in the meantime, anyone questioning the "it's too good to be true" idea of a mattress with a lifetime warranty and 365 sleep trial period - I've experienced the customer service you'll be dealing with. You won't be disappointed!

No more sore mornings!

I would give Nectar a solid 5 stars...but we received 3 delivery delays. We complained each time. We had to wait a whole month to finally receive our mattress; would have been longer had we not kept complaining. The mattress itself is much more firm than I am used to and I worried that I would wake up sore as I usually do on a firm mattress...this was not the case! Yay!!
