It’s ruined my back

This mattress seemed a little soft when I got it - but comfortable- so I kept it. As time goes by it gets softer and softer and now I can’t sleep on it. I’m so upset that I spent so much money on this mattress and now I have to replace it.

I had this mattress for a year+ and so far its amazing and hasn't sunk down or needed to flip sides. the mattress is medium firm and not only has back support but also melts into the shape of your body. I really like it so far! It was also very easy to unpack.

Not what it used to be to be

So we bought this mattress because of one of its features was the firmness of the mattress, that you didn’t feel the movement from your partner or your kid, at the beginning it was like that but now we can feel everything and it only been 8 months since our purchase. Very disappointing.

Pain and discomfort

I have been using the Nectar mattress for 7 months now, and I have noticed continued discomfort in my neck, shoulder, and lower back regions. The mattress worked great out of the box, but after some use the firmness degraded and now leads to me waking up several times due to discomfort.

Not for me!

This is the second one I’m trying from them!! The return went very smooth so I would give that a 5 star and getting the new one the same for delivery. But both of theses beds feel like sleeping on rocks!!! And the cooling for me is a zero star!! They sent me a topper to try and help. And sad to say that did nothing either! And it’s not just me my husband feels the same way about both mattresses. I still am giving the second one some time. Even though it has been 8 months and it’s not getting any better
