GREAT MATTRESS!

My wife and I bought a California king Nectar mattress. We went with Nectar for two reasons:
1. One of the highest rated by actual buyers.
2. The price!

The mattress is extremely comfortable and was fairly easy to unpack. There was some off-gassing the first couple of days, but not overwhelming. I recommend this mattress to anyone. We are both sleeping the best we have in years. The bed contours to your body and almost no movement from when my wife moves.
However, the reason of rating 4 stars instead of 5 is due to shipping. We were told mattress would ship on specific date and did not. Had to reach out to find out when. We were given another date that came and passed with no communications of delay. From time of purchase to delivery was about 3.5 weeks. To me, it would not have been a huge deal if delays were communicated ahead of time instead of having to reach out to them.

My back issues have gone away !

My wife and I have been Looking for a mattress for a few months after having several back issues related to our old bed. After constantly having to adjust my back and crack it, waking up sore, and not getting a good nights sleep we grew fed up, did a few months of research, and decided to go with Nectar. It has been one of the best decisions we've ever made. My back issues are virtually gone and I'm asleep withing 5 minutes of getting in bed. This bed is EVERYTHING good sleep should be! Worth every penny so far !

It does not ship in 3 - 5 business days

I am on day 8 and nothing from Nectar, and I have to do all the contacting. They did not even send a tracking number. While the reps I have been talking with are very nice, it does not change the fact all the advertising says 3 - 5 business days and if a problem, we will contact you. NOPE. Not true!

Stopped working after 4 months and now they wont answer my calls... absolute joke of a company. I’d give them 0 stars if that was possible

Missing items in my shipment

The mattress took almost a month to arrive. I still am missing the mattress pad. The pillows are not comfortable. The mattress itself is okay, but a bit firm for my taste. Buy this if you want to wait a long time for delivery and are willing to accept incomplete order. The company claims this is because of coved 19, which is very possible, but they are still advertising short delivery times.

I have always slept on my stomach but the last few years, I wasn't able to due to lower back pain and the stiffness. I started sleeping on my side and it was so uncomfortable so most nights I tossed and turned trying to get into the best position. I just got my Nectar mattress last Monday... and it's been so wonderful to be able to sleep on my stomach again! Tossing and turning are no longer my problem, thanks to Nectar! :)

Disappointed with the service and the mattress

Bought it in December, first they shipped the wrong size for the foundation. Then it arrives and we had being giving it a chance. Unfortunately didn’t work for us. And the 365 trial is a lie. I am trying multiple times and Channels to get it returned and so far nothing.

Mattress is fabulous. Absolutely love it! Comfortable, not to soft, not to hard, just perfect. No more achy muscles in the morning. Wake refreshed. Fall asleep fast. Its just wonderful.
