My wife and I got this bed. I personally like it however my wife had started to get back pain and wonders if the bed is too soft for her. I’m not dissatisfied and frankly she’s just curious if the new bed is causing these issues. If there are any options or suggestions we are open to listening. I’ll be answering the questions below based on her

Nectar bed too firm

My bed was good, however over a week my spouse and I started to develop lower back pain and then the bed became too firm for us. We allowed 72 hours to expand. I was hoping to keep it but my lower back pain hasn’t gone away with this bed. I need a softer bed.

Way to hot

This mattress is very comfortable. Unfortunately it is way too hot. The description says it breathes which keeps you cool. Not for me. I feel like I'm in menopause all over again. I wake up several times a night soaking wet. The pillows that came with it say they are cooling as well. They are not.
I'm seriously considering returning the bed.
