Helped my back but..

Helped my back. I have to get nerve burns done to my lower back because I had 3 knee surgeries. 1 on my right knee and 2 on the left. So it really messed up my back which doctors say it's called the pyramid seesaw affect where you depend on one leg and your back leans to that side then you do it to the other side. It sucks. But the nectar mattress does help a lot. I just have one problem at night with this mattress. I get so hot I start to sweat really bad to where I wake up a lot. So most of the time I sleep with no blankets on till I get cold but then wake up again hot and sweaty.

Mattress retains body heat

This mattress retains body heat. Now I wake up in the middle of the night very hot and have too kick off my blanket or put a fan on me. My husband is having the same issue as well and was ready to return it after two nights. The room is 68F and we sleep with a light blanket. The bedding is all the same that we have used for years before this new mattress. The heat retention was unexpected as we have had all foam mattresses before.
The firmness of the mattress is the only good feature.
