Mattress was better than I thought. I'm heavyweight and it was supportive, the cooling is a little subpar but considering its memory foam, that was expected.

The first few nights were horrible. It was like sleeping on a big, hard rock!! I barely slept and had pain where I don’t normally have pain, in my shoulders. It has softened up slightly, so I’m not as upset anymore.
