Totally satisfied with my purchase!

I have had the worst luck with mattress. Primary reason I decided to try Nectar was because of their awsome return policy. Which appears I won't be needing to use. I've had the bed a week and I'm sleeping through the night I don't feel pain when laying in the bed. Which is a first. I have low and upper neck pain and this bed has been a blessing. I've even thought about calling into work to sleep all day. Still has a slight odor,but it's not very noticeable. Was super easy to set up alone as a female. This bed has the just the right level of support but just enough softness. I would recommend this mattress to anyone and I have! Buy this mattress if your looking!

Better than expected!

When we first laid down we were skeptical. The next morning I woke up in the same position I fell asleep in. I don't think that's ever happened! My partner and I never want to get out of bed. Amazing sleep!

I reviewed this earlier and gave it a lower rating because even though my husband loves it, my sleeping hadnt changed much. I guess I just needed a little extra time to adjust from our old bed to this new one. I really like it now.

I ordered a bed last week which was urgent due to debilitating back problems. I was unable to reach anyone- by phone, email, or chat. I had to obtain a bed from another company and got delivery within 2 days. If you order anything from here don't expect to be able to contact anyone if there is a problem. I have contacted my credit card company and sought small claims mediation. Further, I will be filing a Better Business complaint today.

Lousy mattress

The first night I sleep on this mattress my hip hurt so bad I couldn’t hardly walk the next day. I called them and they said I could not return the mattress till I kept it for 30 days. I can’t sleep on it another night. I have to go buy another mattress and leave this in storage till then. DO NOT BY THIS MATTRESS.

Sleep Great, Wake Up Sore

I have had this mattress for 6 months now. I fall asleep fast and generally sleep trough the entire night. However, I usually wake up feeling stiff and sore in my back and upper shoulders. It does not matter whether I'm sleeping on my back, stomach, or sides. I've obviously given my body and the mattress more than the suggested 30 days to adjust, but it's still not working out so well. I'm hoping that everything adjusts soon or I else will be needing to end my "trial".

ordered over a month ago and still dont have the bed

so frustrated, ordered bed over a month ago and still getting the run around about when it will get here! should have bought it somewhere else but already paid for it so now I'm stuck with no money and no mattress!!!!!!!!
