Best sleep ever!

It is the best sleep I have got in my life. Soft, comfy and most important very cool fabric, helps me sleep like a baby. In fact, better than a baby, because I don't wake up in the middle of the night

No more neck pain!

I had chronic neck pain. I purchased the bed and pillow. Within about a month, my neck pain disappeared! I am grateful. .

Awkward

The mattress is very awkward when raising the bed, especially if there is just one person. It doesn't form to the frame. In addition, the mattress is pretty stiff.

Before we purchased, we went to a local Mattress Firm to try out the 3 different Nectar mattresses. We found the Premier to be the most comfortable of the 3.
As Mattress Firm would not commit to your advertised 365 day trial, we then ordered the mattress directly from you.
It's been 2 or 3 months now and this mattress is no where near as soft and comfortable as the one we sampled in the store. My husband and I both have lower back pain that we've never had before. So far, NOT satisfied. We'll try it for another month or two to see if it gets better. If not we will be contacting you about a return. This is really sad for us. Several friends had recommended Nectar and we had high hopes. We are retired seniors that live on a fixed income and have to watch our purchases (especially major ones like this) carefully.
