Slightly firmer than expected

I’m very pleased with the ordering and delivery process with nectar. It came the next day and the mattress didn’t take that long to expand. I was surprised with how firm the mattress is. I got used to it but ended up purchasing a separate memory foam topper. Otherwise pleased with the mattress.

Back pain

I had bad back pain before so I looked up what bed is good for that and nectar was highly recommended. I sleep on my back so I picked the bed suggested for that. My back pain has since gotten worse and I had to sleep on a different bed. The bed is comfortable but made my back pain much worse

Best sleep I’ve had in years at my cousins house on a Nectar mattress. Came home and ordered one for myself. Mine is not as soft as my cousins but I am hoping it will become softer. Any tips for making it softer. It is the same mattress but mine is newer.
