Comfortable

The shipping process was a little slower than I expected. The customer service was outstanding. They were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The mattress itself seems to be what I expected. Not too soft, not too firm. We have only slept on it for a few nights, so we'll have to wait and see what the future brings. I'll need a little more time to full evaluate the comfort level but so far I'm very satisfied. Thank you.

Impressed, but...

After years of sleeping on a spring mattress, waking up numerous times per night, and waking up with a sore back, my husband and I decided it was time to invest in a new mattress. I'd considered several online retailers (you all know the ones I'm referring to), but after reading a lot of reviews I just wasn't ready to bite the bullet. I had honestly never heard of Nectar, but I was targeted by an ad (well done to the marketers...) and, followed by a terrible night's sleep, decided to go for it since they were running a sale and throwing in pillows. Here's my honest (first round) review:
The shipping: the shipping was seriously delayed which was frustrating, but it was quick once it finally did ship. I wish I'd known, and had those expectations up front.
The mattress: I'd tried other memory foam mattresses and HATED how hard they were, often waking up with serious shoulder pain in the middle of the night. The Nectar is NOTHING like that. It genuinely feels soft and squishy, contouring to your body, but with enough give it doesn't feel odd to move or roll. My husband seems to be having a bit more trouble adjusting to the bed, but I've gotten high-quality sleep and woken up with much less back pain than I typically had with our spring mattress. It was really easy to unpack (though I'm curious how I'd ever get it back into that reusable bag if we move...) and I give it 5 stars for comfort and design.
I would also highly recommend the pillows if you like a more substantial pillow. I'm a side sleeper and it is great for my alignment. My husband is a stomach sleeper and did not like them, however.
Having never owned a foam bed, my only concern is how it will hold up over time. Hoping to not be disappointed!

Slight delay in shipping, delivered right to the door. First couple nights sleep was restless. But it is now sleeping great. I have it on a electric bed with no problem at all.
