The setup was easy, the firmness is great, and the comfort is amazing. I highly reccomend this product if you are hurting from sleeping on your old mattress.

Too soft, causes back pain

I was praying this would be a good fit. Unfortunately, the matress seems to be too soft and I wake up every day with back/hip pain. There is just not enough support and it is supposedto have a cooling benefit, but I haven't felt it.
