Hard to believe how comfortable the mattress and pillows are from the first night we slept on them

kind of hard to get used to first setting on the mattress, it doesn't feel like the regular mattresses feel when you first sit on them. my wife has had MS since 1985 and she said the bed is so much more relaxing then a regular bow spring type mattress.

Queen with adjustable frame

Love the adjustable frame and the simple yet sleek style of the bed/mattress. The mattress is very comfortable, but slightly on the warm side for me personally. I have had the bed for about a month now and have occasionally woken up with a sore lower back. I’m a stomach sleeper and my husband switches between stomach and back sleeping. Not sure it will work out due to these issues.

Exchange of Mattress

My husband and I purchased our products 1/19/2019- the bed frame, twin xl mattresses and the mattress covers and CS was great. Even the product is great, however after receiving our mattresses we noticed one was much softer than the other and was causing us back/hip pain after sleeping on it several nights; we tried calling CS (on hold twice, for over 25 minutes), emailed them twice and we have yet to hear from anyone (other than a generated email stating “We strive to respond within 24 hours...” I’m hoping they live up to their word and didn’t just want the order($$). I’m presently on hold, have been holding now for over 15 minutes.

Bed is amazing. Their frame is cheap and sucks

We received, the king size mattress and frame we got the sheets and pillows as well. The pillows sheets and mattress are amazing. But after 2 weeks of sleeping on our bed, the frame completely snapped in the middle of the bed. It’s cheaply made which is probably why they give it away for basically free. Tried to contact support multiple times and no response or fix to our issue. It’s frustrating to say the least that they don’t even care to respond to emails.

Decent mattress

Bought this mattress on the recommendation of my chiropractor. The first night wasn't great but has gotten better since. My only complaint is that this mattress conducts heat like a ceramic brick. However the majority of my back issues have mostly cleared up so for that I am grateful.
