Wife loves it, me not as much

My wife loves it - way better than our old mattress. She doesn't have any problems with her hips or waking up stiff. It's a quality product and delivered quickly. However, for me it is too soft, and I think it is softer than advertised. We've only slept on it for 4 nights now, so time will tell, but so far I've been waking up with a really sore back. I sleep on my side mostly but sometimes my back or stomach, and so far it hasn't worked well for me. Nothing against Nectar, just think I need something firmer.

I've given this mattress 5/5 despite the fact that they told me it would take 3-4 days to ship and it actually took a full month.

I just got my nectar mattress and over the first two nights my back pain has lessened greatly. I still have to get used to it but fingers crossed. this is a very comfortable mattress

Mattress only lasted 2 years. The warranty is BS.

Cannot tell you about sleeping on the bed yet as there was a manufacturing problem with the piston on the adjustable frame. New part is on its way . Will write again about the actual replacement and tech help when it occurrs.

Horrible

Slept on it for 2 weeks, this mattress is not for me. No support, horrible back pain and is not comfortable at all! Tried to initiate a return, was told I have to keep the mattress for 30 days before I can return. I'm told theres a 30 day adjustment period. There is nothing to adjust, after 2 weeks of back pain I've switched back to my old mattress. That doesn't matter to them though. I still have to wait 2 more weeks before I'm allowed to return it.

On our FAQ page we advise: "One of the best parts about choosing a Nectar mattress is the incredible year long trial period that starts 30 days after delivery to your door. We do this because studies and customers agree that it takes about 30 days for your body to adjust to a new mattress and we want to give you that time to get to know our product before making a final decision on your sleep experience. Once the first 30 days are up, your 365 night trial begins. This trial period is 3 times longer than any other trials we have seen in the industry." Likewise, on the Returns page of our website we state: "The return request for an opened mattress must be made 30 days after delivery and up to 365 days after delivery.". We appreciate your feedback and are sorry if you did not feel adequately informed of this policy. Our friendly support representatives are available 7 days a week and are always happy to go over the mattress return policy details with you.

I love my Nectar mattress! It is the perfect fit! Not to mention the sheets, they are cool and soft, just as they advertised!! We are very happy with our products!!
