Order was missing parts. Was “guaranteed” next day delivery by “special person”. La email says 1-3 business days. Same as when I ordered. So 5-7 days

We loved our Nectar for the first couple of years. Unfortunately, the foam started to break down in Year three, and had lost all support, and was unusable and in the trashcan before Year four. The warranty is intentionally designed to be impossible to
