Poor quality control

The mattress came with a loose and significantly undone seam, which I understand manufacturing mistakes happen. However, the company refused to handle the issue and left me stuck with a low quality mattress. Don't buy it unless you like gambling!

Doesn't do anything they claim it does

We've been using this mattress since May/June and our sleep, back pain, & hip pain have just gotten worse. It doesn't sleep cool at all and does not support pressure points. I requested a return shortly after having surgery, so I was physically unable to jump through all the hoops they were requiring to process it. Now I can't get them to respond to my latest return request. Save your sanity and spend a little more money to get a mattress from pretty much any other online vendor.

Not mad at this mattress.

I wish this mattress was just a tad bit softer but it is definitely way more comfortable than any other mattress I've owned. We got the bundle and I was really excited about the pillows but, those are too firm for me. My fiance' loves his pillow, however. I would recommend a Nectar to anyone who asked.

Great bed!!!

We have slept in the bed for 3 nights now and hands down the best bed I have slept in, in a very long time! I am able to fall asleep relatively fast and stay asleep. For someone who suffers from insomnia, this bed is a blessing!

Only had mattress 3 days now and so far we really like it. My husband and I are not waking up stiff with sore backs at this point I would recommend this mattress

Nice bed - bad off gassing

Comfortable and easy to get started - bad off gassing for about a week made it unusable..After that it had been very comfortable

Im extremely impressed with this mattress for starters because it was so easy to order and it came so much faster than I expected! The packaging and unboxing was extremely neat for me, single woman on a third floor walk up, used to spring mattresses, I was able to do this alone (so bonus on making a product that makes everything so easy)... then came the unfurling.. not gonna lie, it’s at this point I really had doubts because.. It looked SO FLAT! But as soon as it opened.. Boom! A Bed! (This was a maybe 5 mins from flat to not) I can’t say that besides the “off-gassing” smell dissipating I’ve noticed a great difference in the mattress height to be honest but for sure you want some deep pocket fitted sheets for this mattress which also surprised me...lastly... it feels.. like a dream! I’ve slept so much better and deeper (per my fitbit!) this weekend than I have in a while, neck pain nearly gone just from 4 days sleeping in my new matress, also...the pillows are HUGE but easy to unstuff.. I am impressed, cannot stop talking about it!
P.S.: Dogs love it too!
