Too firm for us

We purchased the basic Nectar thinking it wouldn’t be as firm as it was but it was too firm for us. We had it for a year and it just progressively hurt our backs more, so we returned it. Customer service was excellent and gave us a free topper which didn’t end up helping us, but that isn’t their fault. I would recommend going a step above the basic Nectar if you aren’t sure.
I firmly believe our bed would work for some people, just not us.
