If you need support this isn't for you

The mattress itself seemed quality made. I went from an air mattress to the Nectar and thought it was a huge upgrade. However after a month of using it, for the first time I started getting back pain. I thought that sleeping on my back would prevent it, but the pain got worse over the next few months. This might just be a general memory foam issue. I was surprised that when I replaced my Nectar with the cheapest spring mattress I could find in my area that my back pain disappeared almost immediately.
It seems like memory foam just isn't for me. I would have given 2 or 3 stars if not for the return process. I assumed there would be a relatively hassle free process to return the mattress and have the company donate it. I didnt realize that the responsibility of donating falls on the customer. It turns out most donation centers do not accept mattresses regardless of quality. Then after finding a place, there was the small hassle of paying for the mattress to be picked up by the donation center. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this product (unless you KNOW that you like memory foam)

They said I was going to get a mattress protector and sheets and two pillows for free. I recived my sheets but, not my protector or pillows. I have sent many e-mails and they keep ignoring me. I can't use my bed with out the mattress protector. So I have to now go out a buy a mattress cover before I can even use The bed.

I bought the mattress and frame and headboard! I received the mattress and head board no frame!!!! Also no one to call and emails not responded to very strange! I would not do business with this company and my attorney will handle it next week!

I'm a fan of memory foam mattresses already, so I expected to enjoy the Nectar mattress. My expectations were met. It's a nice memory foam mattress. I wouldn't say there is anything particularly special about it as compared to other memory foam mattresses I've had in the past. It was nice to switch from an old foam mattress to the new one, I can definitely tell the difference between my 6 year old mattress and my brand new Nectar. I'm a combo side/back sleeper with most of the time spent on my side and the Nectar has just the right amount of give to cushion my shoulder and hips. My mattress did arrive with one weird defect -- when I unboxed it and rolled it out, there is a spot on the left side of the mattress where there's some kind of hard, rubbery glue on it and the mattress is a little bit pinched together in that spot. I definitely don't think that's supposed to be there, but I just moved and have no desire to deal with sending this mattress back and getting a new one, so I will just deal with it. But it was strange to find that when I unpacked it, however, I don't think it affects my sleep at all.

Most comfortable bed on the market. The pillows are so soft and provide perfect support for your neck. I will definitely purchase more in the future.

Since we have received the mattress we no longer wake up in the middle of the night we pretty much sleep the entire night The mattress offers plenty of support but also offers cushioning It was very easy to set up and there was hardly any smell and the smell went away quickly
