I am sad that one

I am sad that one side of my king mattress has a valley . I called costumer service and they sad you have to have an inch or greater compression. I tried to explain that it is not visible with a photo. If I sleep on my husband side of the mattress no valley. Very comfortable. He also feels the depression in the mattress on my side. My side of the mattress took a full week to expand my husband 2 days . Very disappointed. My husband side is so comfortable.

Too hard for side sleepers

Purchased the two twins and adjustable frames for zero gravity sleeping. It’s decently comfortable sleeping on your back but when trying to sleep on your side it hurts the hips and shoulders. My arms have went to sleep several times side sleeping and woke up with my hips hurting. Was expecting a lot more with all the reviews.
