More firm than I expected

More firm than I expected but still fairly comfortable. I am predominantly a side sleeper & at first I did experience increased shoulder pains every morning. I’ve learned to adjust with the use of different pillows & now have less shoulder pain. The mattress did however decrease my back & hip pain. So… overall it’s a win. The pillows that came with it he bed were TERRIBLE! NOT a full size pillow at all! Way too anal to fit into any pillow cases properly.
