Remote replacement easy and I love this bed!

Got our queen size mattress and adjustable frame around March 2020. Love this bed and the frame! Recently the remote was not working. Customer service had us take some pictures and send my info. Replacement remote arrived 2 weeks later. Very happy we chose Nectar a couple years ago. Only thing I would note is the remote did not come with instructions to sync to the bed. But Google had the answers!
