Our Nectar experience was all that One could hope to have. Easy to order with support in the process. Great tracking communication during the short wait . Bedding arrived 1st, then followed by two adjustable beds and Nectar mattresses. The adjustable beds were quiet heavy (114 LBS) requiring me getting help to bring them into our home. Once in our bedroom the frames exceeded our expectation which were formed from the onsite video. Very easy to set up. The motors were very quiet and surprised me that they were DC but did not require batteries. Love that remotes which are programmed with many options including three buttons to set our favorite positions. The mattresses were easy to unpack and matched the ad video. The disappointments came with the bedding. The pillows are very hard. They don't even dent when used.. We are using our own. The sheets, even though made of cotton, were extremely wrinkled after washing. We don't use them. However, the mattress covers were of good quality and fit well. Our preferred sleep positions are side & back

mattress is too firm for me.

Delivery on time and set up was easy. After trying to "get used to it" for four months I find it is just too firm and I can not sleep.

NICE BED BUT TOO FIRM FOR ME

I had to send the Nectar back after 4 months. It's too firm of a bed for me. But the bed itself is high quality and if you like it firm, you might just love it. I also wanted to say the return process was so easy and the refunded was processed right away. Their service team is stellar!

I thought it would take a few nights to adjust to a new mattress. Boy, was I wrong. Most restful night of sleep I’ve had in years.

Exceeded My Expectations By A Mile!

Before I was sleeping on a very soft mattress. I'm in great shape and don't suffer back issues until about 2 months ago. I was worried about my back pain as the only time I had pain was in the morning getting out of bed. I realized, it must be my mattress. I received my Nectar 4 days ago and my pain is "Gone period!" thanks Nectar!

Good quality, fair price

The matress has exceeded expectations. The only issue was with shipping the adjustable base. When the base arrived there was damage to the package and several cuts in the material.
