Warranty isn’t what they say

I purchased my queen nectar bed in 2019. It was great for about the first year and would have had 5 stars but then we noticed it was forming impressions where each of us sleep. Over the past few months we have noticed they are really bad so I reached out to see about using our “forever warranty”. I was emailed the steps to follow to do the weight test and send photos. The photos show that there is over 2 inch deep impressions on each side of the bed. Once the photos were received by nectar they responded telling me that this is normal wear and tear. The website clearly states that “If impressions are 1.5 inches or more, we will replace your nectar for free”. This bed is causing me back pain and I am very frustrated that we purchased a bed that had a “forever warranty” and it was pointless.
