This mattress was great for the first year. Now it has low spots where we sleep and is not as firm/supportive as it used to be. I find myself tossing and turning now.

Bed is not Medium Firm as advertised. It is firm firm, which makes the pillows the mattress came with useless as they flatten due to mattress being rock hard. It might be beneficial for my back, but I sleep hot, too. Not happy with purchase, and have been considering returning it as it turns out it contains fiberglass, with lots of lawsuits. Should have gone with a different brand.
