I’ve woken up with lower

I’ve woken up with lower back aches because I sink too deep compared to our previous bed. It’s comfy to lay in for a few minutes but my lower back doesn’t feel normal after the past 2 nights we’ve used it.

Good for a while

I bought this mattress because they offered a 365 day trial and a forever warranty. I am sad to say a little over a year after using it, we became very displeased with it. It sinks too low and we are in a lot of pain sleeping on this mattress, back neck and hip pain. According to Nectars support team, the warranty would only allow repairs to the mattress you have, but I already hate the mattress I have. I don’t want to use this one because it offers little support at best. I cannot recommend this as your main mattress, maybe as a guest bed. I didn’t realize we were buying something that would not last even two years.
