My old mattress was 20 years old & I really wasn't sure about buying a mattress online without being able to test it. But I'm glad I did. It's firm, but soft. I'm even having to look into different pillows now because the old ones I have were apparently compensating for the sagging in my old mattress. I was having hip pain because I sleep on my side, but that has completely disappeared. Highly recommend. My only complaint is that set up really takes 2 people. And I did manage to slice a little into the mattress while trying to get the plastic off--even using the tool they sent. I get why it's so tight, but it took a lot of effort.
I also bought the bundle with pillows & sheet set. The fitted sheet doesn't stay on & they're very slippery.

Sinks in where you sleep

We purchased the bed in March of 2020 and loved it at first. However, by December of 2020, we discovered that it had become concave where we each sleep. There is a mountain in the middle of the mattress and 2 valleys on either side. We are smaller than average people. I should have returned it, but my daughter had just been born and I had my hands full with a newborn and a toddler. We need to buy a new mattress, we just haven't had the time. This shouldn't happen to a mattress in 9 months. I do NOT recommend.
