Great sleep, persistent odor

We used to wake up with upper and lower back pain. I went to physical therapy for weeks and nothing really helped. Then, last week we got our Nectar and so far, no back pain! I would have given it 5 stars but the mattress has a rather strong chemical smell. I believe it will go away, but so far it takes away from the perfect night's sleep experience.

First night in I found the mattress to be very comfortable. My only issue is that it was hot. I woke up sweating in the middle of the night even with AC on.

Best sleep ever Queen size

Received my Nectar 2 weeks ago I didn't have the right box spring so we slept on the floor the first night, was the most sleep i have had in years, a full 8 hours uninterrupted. Our platform frame came the next day, oh my i think i'm in heaven, very supportive and comfy bed and with the 365 day trial and forever warranty how can you go wrong.

Chemical smell is awful

Bought a twin sized mattress for one of my sons. We opened it and noticed the smell immediately so we left it in the family room for a day. We then moved it into his bedroom and my son could not sleep that night and ended up sleeping on the couch. The smell was bad in his room, we uncovered it, opened the windows, and left the fan on high but the smell was still there. We moved the bed back out to an open area and left it there for over a week before putting it back in his bedroom. The smell is better and my son says it doesn't bother him but after a month, I still smell it in his room. Otherwise no problems, the bed is comfortable and he says he sleeps well. He's 11yr old, over 5ft tall and 100 lbs.

It is a comfortable bed, but, I thought that it would be softer.
